I recently had a conversation with individuals in the boat industry. Please see below:

One thing is for sure. We all have something in common by providing services during a down economy that meet peoples need to continue and enjoy the boating lifestyle. Whether, someone is looking to use fractional ownership as a way to purchase, joining a club because they don’t want to own, or deciding to rent their own boat to help supplement the costs of ownership. Business like ours is why people are going to stay on the water, catch that big fish, sail into the sunset, or sip that glass of wine on a boat letting the worries of the world pass them by. We are the future of this industry and as you guys mentioned above we are making waves. Manufactures are changing programs, Marinas are offering more services, dealers are finding new ways, etc… These changes are evident in every boat show I go too and customers are thanking me for providing them with different opportunities. Keep up what you do so the future can bring more boaters to the water and a historically thriving industry back on its feet!! Our next challenge is to make our different programs supplement each other to sustain growth in a new segment in the boating industry ALTERNATIVE OWNERSHIP.
